In my opinion Bellepierre is a good hotel. People are kind (even when they have to manage a work that needs more people) and services are good.
Bellepierre, at least for us, is located too far from the city center.

The hotel is located up on a hill overlooking the city center, about 2 km from downtown. Although it offers great views, the location is inconvenient as there is no easy connection to go to the city. the rooms are average, with outdated furniture and amenities. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the breakfast is basic but sufficient. One advantage is that there is a restaurant on site.
The hotel service is very disappointing.

It is near the airport and easy to find. Clean
The breakfast is the worst breakfast I had in a 4 star hotel. There is nothing just eggs and toast.

The receptionist spoke excellent English and gave us all the details we needed for a good stay. The rate was good and included a very good breakfast.
The restaurant costs were expensive especially the wine.

The hotel had clean rooms, great facilities, ample parking, and friendly staff. It was located on a hill with a fantastic view of the city and the sea. Despite being 2 km from the center, the location was quiet and convenient for walking to other nearby restaurants.
No vegan or vegetarian options available at the hotel restaurant.

The view from the hotel was amazing, especially at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near a convenient bus stop and a grocery store, making it easy to get around and buy supplies. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of options.
The room was a bit smaller than expected for the price. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as the floors were still a bit dirty even after being cleaned. Additionally, the internet connection was not very strong. The quality of the eggs at breakfast was inconsistent, with some being undercooked.

First contact when arriving at Bellepierre is the view: it is is awesome. The hotel, located on the hights of the city, probably has one of the "best in town" views. You'll need a taxi or have your own car to come here, as it is not in walking distance from city center, but you'll be rewarded for the sacrifice. Large private parking, welcoming and helpfull staff. The restaurant (excellent one), the rooms and the pool have a unique overview of the city. Highly recommendable hotel. Would definitely come back or advise anyone to go there.
